O&R Plant Services, LLC. is a family-built company founded in San Antonio, TX. We have experienced firsthand, both the area's great potential, as well as its challenges. Ever since we opened for business, we have taken a comprehensive approach to project management, providing our clients with a wide range of services to cover their needs.
We focus on providing diverse services to the oil and gas industry in Texas as well as green energy services ranging from facility construction, field maintenance, pipeline construction, we adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and strive to exceed the expectations of our clients through integrity, imbibing extremely strict safety culture and quality service delivery. To us safety is not an act but part of our culture which ensures we deliver quality services safely.

Work History
Our construction and maintenance teams offer a full spectrum of services and equipment. Our staff includes up to 30 personnel across Texas on the oilfield side & the green energy side. Our groups have established an outstanding history of pipeline construction.
O&R Plant Services, LLC also has an outstanding history building facility locations. O&R Plant Services, LLC has constructed facility pads ranging in size from 1 to 16 well locations. This included the excavation and placement of all the flow lines, including both fiberglass and fusion bond piping. On a number of locations, O&R Plant Services personnel developed a secondary early leak detection system that also provided secondary containment that did not require the Environmental reporting of a spill. Thus, this event of an actual leak, saving the cost of spending tens of thousands of dollars in dealing with clean up and contaminated soil.
These projects also included the placement of all the treaters, gas tubes, meters, separators, vapor (environmental) recovery tank and lines, tank farm(s), flares and all associated piping. These projects vary in a diverse array of piping methodology including, but not limited to, all welded, all screwed or all grooved fittings.
Secondary containment for the tank farm, treater(s) and flare(s) were provided in several options, i.e. earth berms, keyed berms including an over layer of pea gravel and a number of applications including steel containments.
All facilities were designed and constructed encompassing key factors which included safety, key placement of valves, ladders, landings and gauges or an operations friendly environment. We also included ease of future maintenance and or provisions for future expansion.
